Every four years as the election rolls around Saturday Night Live
commands a significantly larger audience of viewers who tune in
wanting to see the candidates satirized.
It's in effect a test to see if SNL can still deliver high quality political
satire. This year they are failing miserably. If you can't get laughs
out of The Newt & Nitt Show, you are seriously in trouble comedically.
I'm afraid SNL is on life support again.
